What you’ll be doing:

  • Formulate and Execute Sales Strategy: Develop and implement sales strategies, leveraging industry knowledge and experience to drive growth and increase market share.
  • Pricing Strategies: Guide your sales team on strategies and share insights on industry trends.
  • Decision-Making: Make strategic decisions to grow Line of Business opportunities, drive increased margins, and expand market reach.
  • Drive Sales Growth: Achieve and surpass sales and net margin budgets within your assigned accounts.
  • Sales Strategy and Execution: Develop and execute sales programs while guiding field sellers on effective sales tactics.
  • Profitability: Grow overall sales and net margin profitability of all accounts within the sector.
  • Market Research: Continuously conduct market research to identify opportunities for sales growth.
  • Market Trends: Understand market trends to guide the development of services/products, collaborating with merchandising, eCommerce, reporting, and supply chain teams.
  • People Leadership: Hire, coach, train, and conduct performance reviews for the team. Determine pay actions and ensure the team is motivated and aligned with company goals

What you bring to the table:

  • Strong oral and written communication skills.
  • Superior presentation skills with the ability to deliver to large groups.
  • Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficient in strategic selling and closing deals.
  • Skilled in managing and ensuring compliance with contracts.
  • High level of personal maturity and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to make fact-based decisions using business analytics.
  • Ability to set targets and design growth plans.
  • Ability to lead and motivate others for results.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in sales or business, or equivalent working experience in a B2B sales environment. CSP designation or CPSA graduate preferred.
  • 5+ years of sales management/leadership experience, with a preference for experience in the Promotional Merchandise Industry.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Competency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Bilingual (English/French) preferred
