Staples Business Resource Groups (BRGs) play an important role in supporting and sustaining our commitment to I&D. Staples BRGs provide opportunities for employees to make a meaningful business impact, learn about each other through shared lived experiences, and foster an inclusive, welcoming culture.

A group of individuals and allies who are directly and indirectly impacted by physical and intellectual disabilities and mental health conditions.

To create a safe space where our Hispanic and Latin associates and our allies can feel valued and connected on a cultural and personal level to drive the business forward through inclusivity and diversity.

Mosaic

A community that supports Staples in the efforts around Inclusion & Diversity, while specifically focusing on the retention, development, and referral of black associates.

A network of members and allies of LGBTQ+ at all levels to improve inclusion, education, and support for the business.

Parenting Plus

An inclusive space for parents, caregivers, and allies to openly discuss accomplishments and challenges.

SPARC

A network of employees who have served in the armed forces, their spouses, family members, or anyone who supports the mission of this group.

Women in Supply Chain

A Women in Supply Chain network to empower women at all levels through networking, mentoring, education, and knowledge sharing.

Women Who Lead

A community that supports and advocates for all women, taking action for equality and advancing the needs of women in the workplace with a focus on raising awareness against bias.

I feel the proudest of Staples Inclusion & Diversity efforts every time we broadcast a Social Justice Resource Series. Each month one of our BRGs has an opportunity to present a topic that has meaning to their specific demographic. This provides our fellow colleagues within the organization an opportunity to learn about the culture or history of others and gain a greater respect for those things that make us unique and those that highlight our similarities. These broadcasts bring us closer together as a Staples family!
