As a Sales Manager of Inside Sales, Facility Solutions (FS), you will lead a team of FS sellers. Your main responsibility is to drive profitable sales and share of wallet growth in the Jan/San and Breakroom product categories. You will be accountable for team sales targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), profitability, and the development and implementation of sales plans and tactics. In this role, you will provide coaching and support while maintaining a results-oriented approach when engaging with customers and senior-level contacts. Additionally, you will collaborate with your team and cross-functional partners to develop strategies to manage the sales pipeline and deliver customer-centric solutions.
What you’ll be doing:
- Sales Ownership: Achieve team sales targets and profitability across the Jan/San and Breakroom categories, including items such as Cleaning Chemicals and Supplies, Janitorial Paper and Dispensers, Hand Soap and Sanitizer, Safety Supplies, Breakroom products, and Total Coffee Programs.
- KPI Accountability: Maintain accountability to key performance indicators (KPIs) and meet sales targets, even in challenging circumstances.
- Coaching and Support: Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with your team to discuss topics such as sales methodologies, call coaching, maintenance of sales funnel hygiene, and pipeline management. Additionally, engage in customer calls or meetings.
- Team Development: Lead team meetings to share insights, promote a learning and development culture, and align with organizational communications and objectives.
- Talent Management: Hire, retain, and develop talent by aligning career development goals with organizational objectives.
- Collaboration: Develop partnerships with cross-functional teams to achieve shared objectives.
- Digital Tools and Processes: Implement and execute digital selling tools and processes to enhance team productivity.
- Pricing Strategy: Provide guidance on transactional and program pricing.
- Sales Analysis: Formulate and execute sales strategies and tactics to enhance share of wallet within the portfolio of accounts.
- Market Insights: Stay informed about industry products and services, marketplace trends, and data to guide sales strategy and execution.

- Demonstrated strong business, financial, operational, and technological acumen
- Proven ability to engage with customers at senior executive levels
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) or other relevant software tools
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in B2B sales
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com or other Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems
- High School Diploma or GED required
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Proven track record in leading a sales team successfully
- Results-oriented with a track record in talent development
- A solid knowledge of Jan/San and Breakroom products
- Bachelor’s Degree
