Our team ensures that our mobile, desktop, and app platforms deliver the digital experience that our customers expect. We do this through customer insights, analytics, and testing to build a strong innovation pipeline for the future and to bring products and solutions to market seamlessly. We utilize online merchandising and campaigns executed by both humans and automated tools to convert new and returning website visitors into customers. We work end-to-end with our sales, merchandising, finance, logistics, marketing, and technology teams to provide a world-class, holistic digital experience, growing profitable results in a fun and rewarding work environment. As a Senior Manager of UX/UI Design, you will lead a dynamic team in crafting user-centered design strategies that enhance customer experiences across all digital touchpoints. This role demands a visionary leader who can blend the art of design with the science of usability to deliver seamless shopping experiences. You will be accountable for managing multiple sections of work, driving the UX/UI vision, and ensuring that design solutions meet both user needs and business goals.
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Craft and articulate a clear vision for the UX/UI design direction that aligns with the company's strategic goals, focusing on innovative e-commerce solutions.
- Develop and maintain a design roadmap that outlines key projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with broader product development timelines and business objectives.
- Lead UX/UI design projects from concept through to launch, ensuring that all designs meet the highest standards of usability, aesthetics, and functionality.
- Champion a user-centered design approach, incorporating user research, personas, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and usability testing into the design process.

- Advanced proficiency in a wide range of design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and InVision.
- Experience with tools and platforms for conducting user research, usability testing, and analytics such as UsabilityHub, Lookback.io, Hotjar, Google Analytics, or similar.
- Extensive experience in leading projects through a user-centered design process, including user research, persona creation, journey mapping, wireframing, prototyping, usability testing, and iterative design.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Design, Business, Technology, or related field, or equivalent work experience.
- 8+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with a proven track record in e-commerce.
- 3+ years of management experience, leading design teams.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Advanced degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Sciences, Psychology, or a related field.
- Experience designing for diverse markets, understanding cultural nuances in user behavior, and adapting user experiences to meet different market needs.
- Proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript, including familiarity with frameworks like React or Vue.js, to guide the technical feasibility of designs.
