What you’ll be doing: 

We execute promotional merchandise programs (e-stores and marketing initiatives) for some of the world’s best known brands. The Account Services Coordinator manages administrative tasks related to the execution of customer e-stores, and supports Account Services team members with day-to-day program tasks. 

  • Confirms pricing with suppliers for any products being carried forward in our programs from one year to the next.
  • Sources products for small programs and initiatives as needed.
  • Supports merchandisers with creating product presentations as needed.
  • Supports merchandisers with ordering, packing, shipping and returning samples.
  • Obtains, reviews and organizes high res images.
  • Prepares, formats and loads product copy into online interface for client e-stores.
  • Assists in proofing and testing client e-stores and fixes minor issues as needed.

  • You are an excellent communicator.
  • You are detail-oriented, have strong organizational skills and can prioritize, multi-task and work under tight deadlines. 
  • You are results-driven, always striving to meet/exceed goals.
  • You are collaborative in nature, able to participate positively in a team atmosphere.

What’s needed- Qualifications

  • Minimum: completed high school education 
  • Preferred: post-secondary degree in Business Administration, Merchandising/Buying, E-Commerce or Marketing
  • Intermediate computer skills (Excel/Word /Windows/Office)
  • Experience in Print and Web Production an asset
  • Preferred: Bilingual (English/French)
