What you’ll be doing:
• Define POV for annual market share and sales growth in government and education sectors.
• Identify high priority initiatives for the vertical.
• Complete regular analysis of customer needs and competitive products in the market, benchmarking the portfolio and identifying threats or opportunities.
• Work with key partners to identify and shape the product and solutions offering specific to government and education customer needs.
• Assess existing portfolio in relation to end user needs, identify whitespace, and develop solutions that create customer value and improve competitive position and sales.
• Work closely with co-ops and group purchasing organizations to drive market share penetration.
• Build and execute a sales plan that will deliver share, revenue, and margin goals.
• Recruit and develop a vertically-focused high-performance sales team. Develop and continuously improve performance across sales team.
• Identify vertical-specific needs; work with cross functional partners to deliver on those needs in a cost-effective/profitable means.
