What you’ll be doing:

  • Research and prospect healthcare organizations, scheduling in-person presentations with top-level executives.
  • Identify the unique needs of healthcare institutions and develop a comprehensive customer acquisition strategy to drive value.
  • Develop new print business opportunities within existing healthcare accounts.
  • Partner with Key Account Executives and Print Key Account Executives to identify opportunities within the existing customer base.
  • Independently schedule appointments, typically with Marketing, Procurement, or Operational executives.
  • Develop tailored programs with customized pricing using a consultative selling approach.
  • Develop account sales and strategy and manage the account handoff process in a team selling environment.
  • Achieve/exceed sales targets for a defined sales and GP quota, and earn uncapped commissions above target.
  • Responsible for $7.5M+ in new pipeline annually, $2.5M+ in won business, $1.5M+ in incremental billed revenue.
  • Up to 30% travel throughout the assigned geography (multiple states) for customer meetings.

What you bring to the table

  • You are a highly driven, competitive, results-oriented person that leverages your communication and persuasion skills to strategize and close complex healthcare accounts. 
  • Ability to consult/sell to the highest-level decision makers in healthcare organizations.
  • Superior oral and written communication skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to successfully achieve sales targets.
  • Ability to identify and pursue kitting opportunities in healthcare vertical by leveraging market insights, existing client relationships, and new business development efforts.
  • Ability to develop and present customized kitting solutions to clients, including cancer kits, clinical kits, screening kits, DNA kits, marketing kits, and outreach programs tailored around our industry leading distribution model

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's preferred in sales or marketing or related field or equivalent work experience.
  • 4 + years previous sales experience.
  • High School Diploma/GED.
  • Computer knowledge including extensive internet navigation and demonstrated experience using Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous print/marketing knowledge – program sales preferred.
  • General knowledge of healthcare products, pricing, competition, and sales objectives.
  • Previous experience using salesforce.com or a comparable sales tool.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Deep understanding of the healthcare sector, including its unique challenges and compliance requirements.
  • Prior experience in the print, healthcare, logistics or kitting industry.
  • Strong understanding of kitting services, including assembly, packaging, and distribution.
