Furniture Installer Delivery - Helena

As a Furniture Installer Delivery specialist, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service by efficiently and effectively installing and delivering furniture to customers. Working independently within established policies and procedures, you will handle a diverse range of assignments with moderate to large scope and complexity. This role requires troubleshooting skills, training capabilities, and the ability to assist junior staff when needed. Your primary focus will be on ensuring the timely and accurate delivery and installation of furniture while providing outstanding customer service.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver and install furniture according to customer specifications and company standards.
- Safely load and unload furniture from delivery trucks using appropriate equipment and techniques.
- Communicate effectively with customers to confirm delivery schedules, address any concerns, and ensure satisfaction with the service provided.
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, installations, and customer interactions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to delivery, installation, or customer satisfaction. Provide training and assistance to junior staff as needed.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies while performing job duties.
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize delivery and installation processes and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Perform other related duties as assigned.

Basic Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy furniture items.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Familiarity with safety procedures and protocols related to furniture installation and delivery.
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a similar role within the furniture industry.
- Certification or training in furniture installation techniques.
- Knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations.
- Experience using delivery tracking software or systems.
Minimum Years of Experience
- 2+ years of related experience in furniture delivery and installation is preferred but not necessary.
