What you’ll be doing: 

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Solution Architect with expertise in Marketing and Sales Technologies (such as: Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Customer Data Platforms, etc.) and a strong focus on customer data and architectural strategy. This individual will play a key role in designing and implementing the next generation of personalized experiences for our customers across all channels, leveraging data and AI.

The ideal candidate will be a forward-thinking leader, proficient in building customer-centric solutions, and able to drive collaboration across teams to deliver tailored experiences through innovative architecture solutions.

What you bring to the table: 

  • Architect and design the integration of Marketing & Sales Technology platforms (eg: Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, CDPs) to create a seamless, unified customer experience.
  • Lead the development of personalized, data-driven solutions that optimize customer engagement across all touchpoints (email, web, mobile, in-store, etc.).
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including data engineers, data scientists, product managers, and marketers to define customer journeys and personalization use cases.
  • Partner with the Data & AI team to leverage customer data for segmentation, targeting, and real-time decisioning.
  • Build scalable architectures that enable the efficient handling of large data sets from various sources (1st and 3rd party).
  • Ensure that architectural designs are aligned with business goals, technical standards, and best practices, focusing on scalability, security, and performance.
  • Evaluate and recommend new technologies to enhance customer data utilization, personalization, and AI-driven decisioning.
  • Lead solution architecture efforts during key initiatives such as Customer 360 implementations, Marketing Automation enhancements, and the development of an integrated Customer Data Platform (CDP).
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams during the implementation of architecture solutions.

What is needed- Basic Qualifications 

  • 7+ years of experience in Solution Architecture, with a focus on Marketing & Sales Technologies.
  • Expertise with technologies such as Salesforce, Marketo, Adobe Analytics, Adobe Target, and Customer Data Platforms (CDP).
  • Strong understanding of customer data, marketing technologies, and the orchestration of omnichannel experiences.
  • Hands-on experience with AI and Machine Learning applied to personalization and customer engagement.
  • Proven track record of designing and implementing scalable solutions that leverage customer data for real-time personalization.
  • Ability to work with diverse teams, including product managers, marketers, data engineers, and data scientists.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field;

Preferred Qualifications:

  •  Master’s degree preferred.
  • Experience with Master Data Management (MDM) and Customer 360 architectures.
  • Familiarity with data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA) and data security best practices.
  • Certification in Salesforce, Adobe Marketing Cloud, or other marketing technologies is a plus.
