This intern position requires you to be in a hybrid working model (at least 3 days in the office, and 2 days remote) based at the Staples, Inc. Corporate Headquarters in Framingham, MA. 

Target Start Date: June 2, 2025 - August 15, 2025 (11-week program)

What you’ll be doing: 

Staples Tech is on a mission to demystify the process of buying printers, PCs, and tech accessories such as keyboards and cables. And we need your help to make Tech less intimidating by creating engaging content around various products and topics such as how to set up a printer, how to compare monitors to choose the right one, which ergonomic mouse is best for students, etc. You’ll be tasked with bringing those stories and more to life across a variety of mediums from video to images to infographics and more.  

What’s needed - Basic Qualifications:

  • Actively pursuing a bachelor's, must be a rising senior graduating in May 2026, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
  • Strong Microsoft Office and communication skills
  • Strong Excel skills are a plus but not required
  • Formal training in content creation and communication is not required

What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative
  • Able to multi-task and be open to new initiatives
  • Able to produce Brand right (both Staples and other National brands) content that is engaging and informative
