We utilize online merchandising and campaigns executed by both humans and automated tools to convert new and returning website visitors into customers. The Director of the Program Management Office (PMO) is dedicated to orchestrating the seamless execution of digital initiatives across our eCommerce platforms (mobile, desktop, and app). This role is responsible for planning, executing, and communicating large, cross-functional initiatives that are complex in nature. This individual is accountable for ensuring that issues and risks are proactively managed and dependent decisions are driven out to prevent impacts to timelines. The role is required to effectively communicate across all stakeholders to ensure awareness and where their support is required to keep work on track
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and oversee the strategic planning and execution of all eCommerce projects, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and customer-centric objectives.
- Implement and refine project management processes and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the project management office.
- Coordinate with key stakeholders across sales, merchandising, finance, logistics, and technology departments to ensure cohesive strategy implementation and operational alignment.
- Monitor and analyze project performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.
- Facilitate regular project reviews and updates with senior management and key stakeholders, presenting progress, risks, and opportunities.
- Manage project resource allocation, including budgeting and staffing, ensuring optimal deployment to meet strategic objectives.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, security, and business processes throughout project execution to mitigate risks and ensure integrity in deliverables.
- Provide leadership, mentorship, and direction to project managers and team members, fostering an environment of accountability and growth.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or related field or equivalent work experience.
- 10+ years of relevant business experience, with a minimum of 5 years in a management role within eCommerce or digital project management.
- Proven ability to lead and deliver complex digital projects across multiple platforms (mobile, desktop, and apps).
- Experience in managing cross-functional teams and collaborating with stakeholders across sales, merchandising, finance, logistics, and technology departments.
- Solid track record in achieving project timelines and delivering within budget constraints.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience negotiating and influencing at the executive level.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification from a recognized project management organization.
- Experience with agile methodologies and certifications such as Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) or similar.
- Strong background in digital transformation projects, demonstrating successful integration of new technologies and processes.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills, with experience negotiating and influencing at the executive level.
