What you’ll be doing

  • Developing and evolving SPP’s brand strategy to align with business goals and vision, activating “Brand Love Built Better Together” across all touchpoints.
  • Leading the development, execution, and measurement of integrated brand campaigns (digital, print, social, experiential) that build equity and drive growth.
  • Owning the strategy and execution of internal and external brand events, ensuring each experience reflects SPP’s values and delivers measurable business impact.
  • Overseeing the direction of brand merchandise collections for events, selling moments, employee engagement, and customer gifting—always ensuring alignment with SPP brand standards.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Sales, Merchandising, Business Development, .ca/eCommerce) to ensure consistent and compelling brand storytelling.
  • Managing the brand marketing budget and reporting on campaign performance, using analytics to drive ongoing optimization.
  • Leading, coaching, and developing a high-performing team of 4–6 direct reports, fostering a culture of innovation, accountability, and growth.

  • Proven track record of leading and executing brand campaigns that drive measurable growth in a B2B environment.
  • Experience managing cross-functional projects, budgets, and collaborating across departments.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, content strategy, and brand identity.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and inspire at all levels.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Analytics, CRM/email platforms, and project management tools.

What’s needed – Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • 4+ years of experience in brand marketing, integrated marketing, or related fields.
  • 1+ years of management experience leading direct reports.

What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications

  • Bilingual in English and French—written and verbal proficiency.
  • Experience in paid media campaign planning and execution (social, programmatic, or search).
  • Strong B2B marketing background, especially in promotional product or high-growth environments.
  • Proficiency in copywriting for digital, social, and campaign messaging.
  • Familiarity with eCommerce, lead generation, and full-funnel campaign execution.
  • Understanding of brand merchandising and product storytelling.
  • Experience working with or managing external agencies or vendor partners.
