You will be responsible for managing and supporting several concurrent projects and tasks related to integrating and maintaining various systems and software into our Supply Chain. This includes managing projects, tracking tasks, communicating, supporting, upgrading software, troubleshooting, configuring, setting up, training, and operating to ensure successful project completion and meeting the needs of our Supply Chain. Your role focuses on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of our supply chain, aligning with our strategic business goals.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Understand complex software that is used to run parts of the Supply Chain and understand how it integrates with the other systems and operations teams.
  • By working both autonomously and in a team environment, the associate will manage parts of several concurrent projects, track tasks, communicate, support, upgrade software, troubleshoot, configure, setup, train, and operate to ensure that projects are successful and that the needs of our supply chain are met
  • Support multi-site rollout activities and projects for system application changes as prioritized including but not limited to WMS and Execution layers
  • Quickly diagnose and troubleshoot issues that occur in both live production environments and testing environments
  • Analyze requests from the field for validity and measure effectiveness against standard operating procedures
  • Coordinate realistic completion dates on requests for set up and configuration changes
  • Meet established deadlines and FC expectations on all changes
  • Provide expertise in testing and roll out of software changes to existing and new facilities and test environments
  • Assist project leader in tasks during project life cycle
  • Understand complex processes in topics such as logistics, warehouse management, automation, and robotics
  • Work closely with cross functional teams

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent work experience
  • 5 + years of experience in supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a project management role.
  • Proven track record of managing supply chain integration projects.
  • Demonstrable experience in ERP, WMS, or TMS systems.
  • Proficiency in project management software.
  • Experience in developing and managing project budgets and timelines.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
  • Familiarity with supply chain compliance and regulatory standards.
  • Proven ability to manage cross-functional teams and collaborate with various departments.
  • Experience in risk management and mitigation within supply chain projects.
  • In-depth knowledge of current supply chain technologies and trends.
  • Ability to develop and implement comprehensive project documentation, plans, and reports.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • PMP or equivalent project management certification.
  • Master's degree in a related field.
  • Experience in the specific industry of the hiring company.
