What you’ll be doing:
As the Manager of Inventory Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing inventory management strategies that significantly impact multiple components/processes within the organization. Your role will be pivotal in strategic and complex projects, requiring a deep understanding of inventory management, business acumen, and leadership skills.
- Manage, lead and implement efficient inventory management systems and processes.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure optimal stock availability across multiples lines of business and accounts.
- Monitor COGs as it relates to company goals and profitability.
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives in inventory management.
- Collaborate with other departments to align inventory strategies with overall business goals.
- Lead team of inventory analysts in effective inventory management approaches for assigned account base.
- Provide comprehensive reporting for use across the organization and client account base.
- Subject matter expert available as liaison at all levels of organization as necessary

- Proven experience in inventory management and process improvement.
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in inventory management software
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of progressively complex experience in inventory management or related field
- Advanced Excel skills and adaptability to organization’s technology systems
- Experience leading cross-functional projects in a large-scale organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in related field
