Target Start Date: June 7, 2027 – August 20, 2027 (11-week program)

Location: Lake Mary, Florida (Onsite)

Note: This internship position is eligible for students actively enrolled at Rollins College and the University of Central Florida only.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the Sales Development team in identifying and engaging prospective/existing business customers.
  • Conduct account research to uncover opportunities, key contacts, and business insights that support outreach efforts.
  • Assist with lead generation, qualification, and pipeline development activities within Salesforce and other sales tools.
  • Participate in call shadowing, coaching sessions, and sales training to build foundational sales and business development skills.
  • Partner with Sales Operations, Marketing, and Sales teams on strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Support AI-powered sales tools and technology initiatives through testing, feedback, documentation, and training material development.
  • Present project findings, recommendations, and progress updates to stakeholders throughout the internship.

What’s needed - Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills
  • Strong Excel skills: ability to use a pivot table

What’s needed Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative
  • Ability to multitask and be flexible with new initiatives
  • Detailed and highly organized
