The Senior Manager of Product Management- Product Operations is a pivotal role that drives the product management tools and processes. This individual will support and enable the product management team by understanding the product management landscape and best practices to ensure operational excellence.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Partner with cross-functional business and tech teams to ensure alignment
  • Supports the Product Management organization, working across multiple Product teams to:
    • Identify and proliferate Product Management best practices
    • Identify and support roll out of tools to support core Prod Mgmt functions (ie, a roadmapping tool)
    • Standardize templates for stakeholder updates & comms
    • Liaise with Technology teams to define and refine operating model between Tech / Prod Mgmt
    • Facilitate collection and publication of release notes
    • Product team evangelist – develop newsletters / comms / etc

  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • 8+ years of experience in product management or a related field, with a strong focus on eCommerce.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in a related field.
  • 3+ years of management experience, leading product management teams or similar.
  • Experience in the specific industry (e.g. B2B, supply chain, office supplies).
