Senior Business Intelligence (BI) Developer (Hybrid)

What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality analytics solutions, reports, and visually compelling dashboards that meet business requirements.
- Leverage SQL, ETL processes, and data visualization platforms such as Tableau or Power BI to manage, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data needs and deliver analytics solutions that support pricing strategies and operational goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses on business trends, pricing performance, and customer behaviours to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain predictive models to support forecasting, pricing strategies, and business optimization.
- Partner closely with the Bid Operations team to provide key insights into win rates, profitability, and SLAs, using data-driven analysis to uncover opportunities and shape strategies for improved outcomes.
- Continuously improve and automate data pipelines, workflows, and reporting capabilities to enhance analytics infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, providing technical solutions to ensure data accessibility and usability.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate, improving our reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as required to support business needs.

- Strong quantitative skills and proven experience with statistics, analytics, and working with databases to generate insights that drive measurable business value.
- Hands-on experience with data wrangling and transformation tools such as Alteryx.
- Proficiency with business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Ability to translate complex data findings into actionable insights and recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages for advanced analytics is a plus.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- At least 3+ years of relevant analytics experience, ideally within Revenue Management or Pricing Analytics.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical or analytical field (e.g., computer science, information systems, statistics, or a related discipline).
- Working knowledge of big data technologies and analytics platforms, with Snowflake experience strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with BI tools and emerging trends like AI-driven analytics and machine learning.
