What you’ll be doing:

  • Support business adoption and evolution of PROS pricing platform with bid and renewal teams.
  • Own PriceRight self-service quoting platform training and enhancements.
  • Identify and prioritize key enhancements to bid and renewal tools & processes to drive KPIs.
  • Prepare discussion materials to support strategic conversations with senior leaders.
  • Project manage execution of key bid process enhancement initiatives across Pricing, Sales, Product and Data teams.
  • Partner with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize business enhancements and address data issues.

  • Strong project management and process mapping skills.
  • Proven financial acumen.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Proficiency in analytical tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, Tableau) to manipulate and interpret data.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree with a concentration in analytical- and/or financial-based areas such as business, operations, accounting, or economics desirable or equivalent work experience.
  • 5+ years of pricing, operations, or a related field, with a preference for those who have project management experience.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Familiarity with process improvement frameworks (Lean Six Sigma, Kaizen etc.), ideally as deployed in a pricing role, B2B service center or other comparable setting.
  • Experience working with digital product management or engineering teams, gathering requirements, assigning value and prioritizing business enhancements.
