What you will be doing:

As Communications Manager, you will develop and implement communication strategies that engage employees and support business goals. You’ll shape company messaging, connect teams to strategic objectives, and ensure consistent branding. Key duties include advising leaders on communications during change, managing end-to-end initiatives, using AI tools to improve content and efficiency, and assessing engagement with data. You will collaborate across functions and lead companywide programs that promote collaboration and innovation.

What You Bring to the Table: Strong strategic communications foundation with sound business acumen. Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills; able to simplify and humanize complex topics. Proven project and program management expertise in fast-paced, matrixed environments. Operational mindset and experience improving processes and applying governance. Technologically curious, with a responsible approach to AI and digital tools. Trusted advisor and collaborative partner to senior leaders and cross-functional teams. Highly organized, detail-oriented, and dependable under pressure. Customer- and people-centric with a strong instinct for clarity, relevance, and tone. 

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, Public Relations, Business, or a related field – or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of professional communications experience
  • Experience serving as a strategic communications partner to senior leaders and functional teams
  • Proven ability to lead complex communications initiatives end-to-end with significant cross-functional leadership
  • Advanced writing and editing skills across formats and channels

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience supporting technology, risk, security, operations, digital, or large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Experience using or integrating AI and modern digital tools into communications workflows
  • Background in data-informed communications measurement and continuous improvement
  • Master’s degree in Communications, Business, or a related discipline
