What you’ll be doing:

Digital Sales Execution: 

  • Maintain and grow revenue through outbound digital touchpoints within assigned industry/vertical segments of customers, utilizing various digital channels such as email, social media, chat, digital sales rooms, and virtual meetings. 
  • Manage sales funnel to close opportunities
  • Embrace an innovative and fluid approach to digital sales, leveraging new strategies and technologies to engage customers and drive growth. 
  • Utilize customer relationship management (CRM) tools to track interactions, capture insights, and follow up on revenue opportunities. 

Technology Adoption and Innovation: 

  • Stay abreast of the latest technologies and trends in digital sales and marketing, actively experimenting with new tools and platforms to optimize sales processes and enhance the customer experience. 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to pilot innovative sales strategies, tools, and customer acquisition practices, providing feedback and insights for continuous improvement. 

Customer Growth and Retention:

  • Identify and pursue incremental opportunities within assigned industry/vertical segments, leveraging digital sales strategies to acquire new customers and expand market share. 
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and address any concerns or issues to ensure a positive experience throughout the sales process.

Collaboration and Teamwork: 

  • Share best practices and insights with peers and team members, fostering a culture of collaboration, learning, and innovation. 
  • Act as a problem solver, identifying obstacles in the digital sales process and developing creative solutions to overcome them. 
  • Mentor others as we transition to certifying sellers in digital sales, sharing best practices, and providing guidance to support their development.

What you bring to the table:

  • Demonstrated proficiency in digital sales strategies and techniques, with a track record of achieving sales targets and driving customer engagement. 
  • Strong communication skills and a customer-centric approach, enabling effective interactions with clients and internal stakeholders to drive sales growth and foster positive relationships.
  • Innovative mindset with a passion for exploring new ideas and technologies to enhance digital sales strategies. 
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence customers effectively. 
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to anticipate future trends and opportunities in the digital sales landscape. 
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a solution-oriented approach, with a focus on driving successful outcomes for customers and the business.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in digital sales, marketing, or customer facing roles, with a demonstrated ability to drive results and adapt to change
