Cyber Fraud Analyst

The Cyber Fraud Analyst I is focused on supporting the cybersecurity team by monitoring and analyzing data to detect fraudulent activities. This role is critical to maintaining the integrity and security of the company’s digital assets. This role involves reviewing alerts, analyzing transaction and behavioral data, escalating potential fraud issues, and supporting incident response efforts.
What You Bring to the Table
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- High attention to detail with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team
- Experience using Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis, reporting, and presentations
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 0-2 years of related experience in cybersecurity or fraud analysis.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and fraud detection techniques
- Hands‑on experience with the use of fraud analysis tools and software
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- BA/BS degree in Criminal Justice, Information Technology, or a related field
- Experience with data analytics or within a fraud detection environment
- Cybersecurity or fraud prevention certifications (e.g., foundational or early‑career certifications; CFE, Security+, CISSP a plus but not required)

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
