Associate Manager, Digital Experience (Print & Marketing)

As a vital member of our Print & Marketing digital team, you will be responsible for leading and executing a best-in-class customer experience across the Print & Marketing digital ecosystem. Our team is focused on innovation, collaboration, and delivering seamless digital experiences for our customers.

Role Summary

The Associate Manager, Digital Experience (Print & Marketing) will oversee cross-functional planning, campaign execution, and the digital presentation of print products. This role ensures customers can easily discover, customize, and complete their print projects while partnering with merchandising and product teams to influence strategic direction and digital execution.

What you’ll be doing

  • Participate in roadmap-aligned digital programs, leveraging customer insights and performance data to influence strategy for Print & Marketing.
  • Facilitate alignment across merchandising, creative, product, email, paid media, and development partners, ensuring successful launches and consistent onsite storytelling.
  • Drive the development of Print & Marketing landing pages from concepting through CMS execution.
  • Draft and refine wireframes using Figma, applying merchandising principles, consumer insights, and UX best practices.
  • Oversee navigation and footer updates for Print & Marketing sections to ensure clarity in key customer pathways.
  • Manage schedules, processes, and workflows for print-related campaigns, aligning with broader .com initiatives.
  • Anticipate operational risks and proactively escalate issues to protect timelines, budgets, and customer experience.
  • Leverage Adobe Analytics and FullStory to assess customer behavior and deliver actionable recommendations.
  • Track performance of key print flows and partner with product/UX teams to refine experiences.
  • Conduct competitive audits to inform future roadmap conversations.

What you bring to the table

  • Strong ability to lead cross-functional workstreams and influence outcomes without direct authority.
  • Deep attention to detail with exceptional QA rigor.
  • Excellent communication skills—able to translate requirements, explain decisions, and present strategy recommendations.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills; ability to turn data into decisions.
  • Highly organized with demonstrated ability to manage multiple complex workstreams.
  • Proficiency in CMS platforms, Adobe Analytics, FullStory, Jira, Figma, and Microsoft 365.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, highly matrixed environment.

What’s needed – Basic Qualifications

  • BA/BS in Digital Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, eCommerce, merchandising, or digital experience roles.
  • Direct experience managing CMS-driven digital content and customer flows.

What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience engaging with UX, product, and merchandising partners.
  • Background in print, customizable products, or template-based experiences s a plus

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. Specific base pay may be influenced by factors including experience, skill set, education, geography, business needs, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses or other forms of variable compensation.
