In this role, you will work closely with the Account Solutions Manager and other internal account team members to coordinate managed-program implementations and communicate detailed program requirements. You will also support Account Services Managers with the development and execution of client collateral and web initiatives.
What you will be doing:
- Coordinate and execute the tactical details that help managed programs launch and operate successfully, while gaining visibility into strategic aspects of the business.
- Support Account Services Managers in maintaining client relationships and partnering with the field sales organization and internal account teams.
- Help develop and execute program and client collateral, web initiatives, site-sale preparation, and kitting fulfillment projects.
- Promote teamwork, accountability, and strong communication across the department and the support teams you work with.
What You Bring to the Table:
- A collaborative, customer-focused approach and the ability to build productive working relationships.
- Professional judgment, accountability, and clear communication in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Experience supporting sales teams and using databases to access customer, sales, program, or account information.
- The ability to support site-sale preparation and kitting fulfillment projects.
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- 1-2 years of related experience in account support, project management, merchandising, program development, marketing, or a related business area.
- Strong written and verbal business communication skills, with the ability to work effectively across internal teams, external stakeholders, and support functions.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects, organize details, meet deadlines, and apply strong project management practices.
- Developing strategic business acumen, including marketing strategy, proactive ideation, profitability awareness, and analytical skills.
- Solid proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Formal project management training is desired.
