Role Overview: Apple Vendor Partner

We’re looking for a strategic, Apple-experienced professional to join our team as an Apple Vendor Partner. In this role, you’ll serve as the key connection point between Staples Technology Solutions (STS), Apple, and our sales teams—driving alignment, growth, and success across Apple’s full portfolio.

This person will play a critical role in enabling our teams to position Apple solutions effectively, improve attach rates for services, and build long-term customer value. You’ll partner closely with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure Staples is maximizing every Apple opportunity in the market.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Act as the go-to Apple expert for our sales organization, supporting efforts to position and sell across Apple’s portfolio of hardware, software, and services.
  • Build and maintain a strong sales funnel, working with Apple and distribution partners to identify and grow opportunities.
  • Enable and train sales teams by delivering updates on programs, promotions, and strategic initiatives—ensuring consistent, informed engagement with Apple customers.
  • Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, making it easier for teams to quote, bundle, and sell Apple solutions.
  • Drive adoption of service and support offerings, ensuring services are consistently attached to every deal where appropriate.
  • Work with marketing to create targeted campaigns and messaging that highlight the value of Apple in key customer segments.
  • Monitor business performance and develop recovery plans for accounts showing declining Apple engagement.
  • Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline visibility in collaboration with sales leaders and Apple program managers.

Who You Are:

  • Proven experience working with or around Apple solutions in a B2B sales environment
  • Strong understanding of Apple’s business strategy and partner ecosystem
  • Skilled at sales enablement, channel engagement, and cross-functional collaboration
  • Comfortable presenting to and supporting large, diverse sales teams
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and results-driven

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Sales and Operational Experience with Technology Products
  • 5+ years Consultant Experience with Technology Products and Services
  • Travel as business needs

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working with Mid-Market, Commercial and Enterprise teams and customers
  • Experience working with Distributors
  • Experience using Microsoft 365
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com
