Senior Director OMS Integrations
ApplyThe Senior Director of Supply Chain Systems, OMS plays a strategic and results-driven leadership role,
overseeing the development, integration, and continuous improvement of Order Management Systems
(OMS) and orchestration platforms. This position is central to enhancing system performance, driving
operational excellence, and cultivating a collaborative and innovative culture across the organization.
Reporting to the VP of Supply Chain Systems, the role requires deep technical expertise, strong
leadership capabilities, and a commitment to building scalable systems and high-performing teams.
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Strategic Systems Leadership
• Define and execute a technology roadmap for OMS and supply chain system integrations.
• Ensure platforms are scalable, resilient, and aligned with business growth.
• Consolidate multiple OMS’s, reduce tech debt, & improve support
• Drive configuration over customization mindset
• Manage end to end cost with delivery outcomes
2. Integration & Orchestration
• Lead the architecture and governance of APIs, middleware, and event-driven systems
across internal and external ecosystems.
• Enable seamless orchestration of order lifecycle from capture to delivery.
3. Continuous Improvement & Support
• Establish and lead a continuous improvement framework for system performance, user
experience, and support operations.
• Build a KPI & metrics dashboard & drive daily, weekly, monthly routines to leverage data
as part of technical decision making
• Drive root cause analysis and resolution of system issues, ensuring proactive support and
minimal disruption.
4. Cross-Functional Partnership
• Collaborate with Supply Chain, SDS and Engineering, Product, and external vendors to
deliver integrated solutions.
• Act as a strategic partner to business leaders, translating needs into technology solutions.
5. Additional
• Develop and manage capital and operational budgets for OMS platforms and initiatives.
• Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually evolve OMS
capabilities.
Basic Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Supply Chain or related field OR equivalent experience.
• 12+ years of progressive responsible experience in supply chain systems or enterprise technology.
• Proven expertise in OMS, system integration, and orchestration platforms.
• Strong understanding of supply chain and warehouse operations and technologies (ERP, WMS,
TMS, eCommerce).
• Experience with modern integration tools (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi, Kafka) and cloud platforms.
• Demonstrated success in leading digital transformation and building high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic thinking skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Familiarity with ERP, WMS, and TMS systems and how they interface with OMS.
• Experience in building high-volume, high-availability transactional platforms.
• Experience in retail, manufacturing, or logistics industries.
• Familiarity with Agile, DevOps, and CI/CD practices.
• Certifications in supply chain, cloud architecture, or enterprise integration.
