What you’ll be doing:

Responsible for working closely with the Project Manager and other teams to coordinate the implementation of managed programs and to communicate the program requirements at a detail level. 

  • Assist Project Managers(Integrated Digital Solutions) and Special Order Reps with regard to Book N Go site building tasks.
  • Create SKUs. (Also, transferring inventory between SKUs as needed)
  • Order Management – i.e. Create Production POs, Follow Up on Backorders, Add manual orders, Approve receiving images, Update Master File per project, etc.
  • Reach out to customers as needed.
  • Reach out to outside vendors as needed.

What you bring to the table:

  • Ability to contribute to meetings annual sales/margin goals set for assigned clients.
  • Skilled in adhering to budgets/costs established for Assigned Clients.
  • Ability to focused on short/mid-term strategy & execution by working with the ASM responsible for an assigned account to ensure programs meet targeted expectations for sales forecasts, projected margins, SKU count, marketing plans, and media budgets and participates in the forecasting and budgeting process for their accounts.
  • Maintains ongoing knowledge of internal systems & processes, addresses operational procedures needs relative to client requirements.
  • Promotes teamwork, accountability, and strong communication within the department and across support teams.

Qualifications:

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Strong “business” communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions.
  • Maintains a high degree of professional acumen while developing skills in salesmanship and managing difficult relationships.
  • Strong ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines.
  • Strong demonstrated project management skills; formal training desired.
  • Emerging skills in “strategic business sense”, including marketing strategy, pro-active ideation, profitability awareness and analytical skills.
  • Requires Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Minimum two years of account executive, project management, merchandising, program development, marketing, or related business experience.

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
  • Experience in Gateway, PJC or Linc preferred.
