As the Lead Talent Acquisition Technical Recruiter, you will be at the forefront of our recruitment process, ensuring we attract, hire, and retain top technical talent to drive our company’s success. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers to deliver exceptional results. Our Human Resources team creates solutions and services that foster an inclusive and innovative culture, and we want you to be part of this mission.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Develop and execute strategic recruiting plans to meet the technical staffing needs of the company.
  • Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements, ideal candidate profiles, and success metrics.
  • Source and attract high-quality technical candidates using various methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
  • Screen, interview, and assess candidate qualifications through structured evaluations and behavioral interviews.
  • Present qualified candidates to hiring teams and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Lead and optimize full-cycle recruitment processes, ensuring a high-quality candidate experience from application to offer.
  • Track metrics (e.g., time to fill, pipeline health, diversity targets) and adjust strategies as needed.
  • Collaborate with HR Business Partners, Compensation, and Onboarding teams to ensure seamless hiring and hand-off.
  • Maintain compliance with employment laws and internal policies during all phases of recruitment.
  • Provide mentorship, coaching, and technical guidance to junior recruiters.
  • Lead projects or initiatives involving matrixed teams across departments.

  • Passionate about talent, diversity hiring, and continuous improvement
  • Proven full-cycle recruitment expertise in technical roles
  • Advanced sourcing skills, including Boolean logic and platforms like GitHub, Stack Overflow, and LinkedIn
  • Proven ability to partner with senior stakeholders and influence outcomes
  • Proficient in ATS platforms such as Workday, Greenhouse, and iCIMS
  • Deep understanding of technical roles, market dynamics, and compensation trends

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or a related field or relevant work experience.
  • 5+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, including experience sourcing for engineering and/or IT roles

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s Degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, or related discipline
  • AIRS, LinkedIn Certified Recruiter, or equivalent recruiting certifications
  • Prior experience in high-growth tech environments or staffing agencies
  • Knowledge of EEOC, OFCCP, and general employment law compliance
  • Experience supporting Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion (DEI) initiatives in recruitment
  • Familiarity with data analytics tools or dashboards for recruiting insights (e.g., Tableau, Power BI)
