- Developing and implementing sales strategies that meet or exceed short- and mid-term revenue and profitability objectives.
 
- Aligning sales activities with organizational goals by leveraging market trends and customer insights.
 
- Overseeing the full sales pipeline—from lead generation to closing deals—while tracking and reporting on key sales metrics.
 
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with key client stakeholders; clearly communicating complex technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
 
- Collaborating with internal and external partners to tailor technology offerings to specific client needs.
 
- Mentoring and coaching junior team members to foster their selling and technical expertise.
 
- Troubleshooting escalated customer or product issues to ensure prompt and effective resolution.
 
- Working closely with product, marketing, and technical support teams to deliver advanced solutions and provide market feedback for continuous improvement.
 
- Using data-driven analytics to forecast, report, and proactively address potential roadblocks in the sales process.

- Collaboration: Build trust and open lines of communication across teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions and customer satisfaction.
 
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, evidenced by successful client presentations or sales proposals.
 
What’s needed – Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field or equivalent work experience.
 
- 5+ years of technology sales experience, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding annual sales targets (such as achieving 100%+ of quota in at least 2 of the last 3 years).
 
- Proficiency in CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot, demonstrated by effective usage and reporting.
 
What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience leading or coordinating cross-functional sales initiatives (such as multi-department RFPs or product launches).
 
- Master’s degree (MBA or related) in a business or technology discipline.
 
- Consistent history of exceeding sales targets by 120%+ over a 3-year period.
 
- Relevant technical certifications (e.g., cloud, cybersecurity, or software certifications).

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
