Account Solutions Coordinator - Anheuser-Busch InBev

As an SPP Account Solutions Coordinator, you will support both program and customer satisfaction needs. This position coordinates the implementation and maintenance of managed programs, manages licensing/sample approvals for licensed items, and ensures the delivery of contracted SLAs. You will work closely with merchandising, operations, and licensing teams, and play a vital role in catalog production, database population, proofing, tracking samples, and executing logistics.
What you’ll be doing:
- Coordinate and communicate information relevant to catalog production, database population, proofing, tracking samples, and executing logistics.
- Assist with creation and upkeep of current items on the AB buying platform, including migration, inventory management, and proofing.
- Support client events and meetings, including tradeshows, site sales prep, kitting and fulfillment projects, item selections, and client business reviews.
- Manage the sports licensing approval process, including approval submissions, sample ordering, tracking, and overall approval process ownership.
- Handle customer call intake and mailbox management for the Anheuser-Busch account, including direct customer interactions via phone and email with 1000+ customers.
- Manage customer inquiries within contracted SLAs, requiring proficient knowledge of all systems, item offerings, and basic brand guidelines.
What you bring to the table:
- Clear communication and project management abilities to support teams in implementing and managing the licensing program.
- Basic knowledge of customer service tools and systems.
- Ability to interact comfortably with external customers in difficult situations.
- Basic knowledge of decoration methods and product capabilities; applying customer brand standards as applicable.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- Communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to effectively communicate with all levels of internal and external stakeholders and support functions.
- Maintains a high degree of professional acumen while developing skills in salesmanship and managing difficult relationships.
- Multi-task oriented with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to balance multiple projects simultaneously and meet required deadlines.
- Requires a self-motivated and energetic personality.
- Solid PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Teamwork and flexibility essential.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Emerging skills in "strategic business sense", including licensing strategy, customer experience, and profitability awareness.
- Ability to understand pricing and margin calculations.
