The role of the Senior Marketing Manager is to take lead creating and implementing full scope marketing plans across assigned book of businesses with the most opportunity. Marketing plans should utilize multiple marketing vehicles and identify all potential target audiences. They are responsible for identifying opportunities and implementing marketing strategies that compel target audience to act. The Senior role also encompasses a leadership role on the marketing team to drive new ideas, share new trends, train new employees. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for leading and supervising marketing initiatives that align with the organization's strategic goals. Your role involves overseeing marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, and driving brand growth. You will supervise a team of marketing professionals, ensuring effective execution of marketing strategies to achieve business objectives.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead research, strategy, execution, and measurement of marketing initiatives to increase conversion rates, engagement, and sales growth.
- Conduct in-depth research on clients, brands, target markets, demographics, and industry.
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Lead and coordinate marketing campaigns across different channels, including digital, print, and social media.
- Analyze market trends and customer insights to identify opportunities and challenges.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to create cohesive and effective marketing materials.
- Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust strategies as needed.
What you bring to the table:
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years relevant work experience in marketing or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office, including PowerPoint and Excel.
- Proficiency in Google Analytics or similar analytic software.
- Experience with Responsys or similar email service provider.
- Experience with digital marketing, social media marketing desired.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Advertising, or Communications.
- Experience working with agencies and/or vendors.
