We are looking for a reliable, customer-focused Cafeteria Assistant to help with daily food service operations in a fast-paced setting where teamwork is key. The role involves supporting food preparation and serving, managing portions accurately, and following strict safety and sanitation guidelines.

Pay:  $19.00/Hourly

Shift Hours:  5:00am-1:30pm/Monday-Friday

What you will be doing:

• Assist in food preparation and service, ensuring proper portion control and food safety standards.
• Monitor and maintain inventory levels and rotate stock to minimize waste.
• Ensure quality assurance through cleanliness and food safety compliance.
• Deliver excellent customer service and support cafeteria operations.
• Support staff with cleaning, dishwashing, cashier duties, and event assistance.

• Effective communication and problem-solving abilities.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED.
• 0–2 years of related food service experience.
• Food handler certification or willingness to obtain.

• Basic English language skills (both verbal and written communications). 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous cafeteria or food service experience.
• Inventory management experience.
