Inside Business Development - HiTouch

Duties & Responsibilities

•    Lead Generation: Using your outstanding “hunting” shill to prospect daily, find potential customers and set appointments to educate them on HiTouch’s products and capabilities. 
•    Effective selling skills: effectively communicate ethe HiTouch proposition regarding capabilities, customer service levels and ease of partnering. 
•    Meet KPIs (sales activities) each day and week (calls, emails, meetings, etc.)  
•    Learn and have an above basic knowledge on all HiTouch business categories 
•    All activities are logged in Salesforce as they occur

What You Bring to the Table

•    Personality and professional communication skills that lend to being perceived as a credible businessperson with whom a new account would want to engage
•    Have a natural drive that leads to meeting and exceeding goals 
•    Experience consistently meeting and exceeding sales goals on a business development team 
•    Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-disciplined and efforts are consistent each day
•    Strong organization and time management skills, using Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
•    Persistent in making the sale, while understanding your audience and their tolerance 
•    Ability to succeed in a transactional and program selling environment 
•    Goal oriented
•    Ability to be coached and take constructive feedback to improve selling efforts

Basic Qualifications
•    Ability and motivation to find, develop and close sales
•    Demonstrate a strong work ethic, self-disciplined and efforts are consistent each day
•    Strong organization and time management skills, using Salesforce and Microsoft Office products
•    Persistent in making the sale, while understanding your audience and their tolerance 
•    Ability to succeed in a transactional and program selling environment

Preferred Qualifications
•    Bachelor’s degree.
•    Industry knowledge.
•    Five years of successful B2B sales or B2B sales management experience
