What you will be doing:
- Drive SKU optimization and ensure a best-in-class digital shopping experience.
- Partner with Merchants, SKU Operations, and Ecomm teams to enhance data integrity and product setup.
- Perform product, category, and competitive analyses to identify improvement opportunities.
- Recommend data-driven enhancements to boost margin, conversion, and customer engagement.
- Maintain and optimize web selling tools and backend data management.
- Manage cross-functional product inquiries with accuracy and speed.
What You Bring to the Table:
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage shifting priorities.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to analyze data, understand key indicators, and drive decisions.
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- 3+ years of Microsoft Office; Access proficiency a plus.
- 3+ years eCommerce product experience
- Strong communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with database and systems knowledge, product/category knowledge
