This internship position is a part of a hybrid work model, 4 days in the office and 1 day remote, based out of the Quill Corporate facility in Lincolnshire, IL.  

Target Start Date: June 1, 2026 - August 14, 2026 (11-week program)

Intern Pay Rate: $24 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing:  

  • Identify opportunities on Quill.com for better user experience  
  • Identify how we can use AI to enhance user experience on Quill.com  
  • Develop a proof of concept that demonstrates how AI can be leveraged to enhance customer experience on Quill.com

What's Needed - Basic Qualifications:

  • Pursuing a bachelor's degree in an IT/ Computer Science/ Computer Engineering-based major or related technology field
  • Must be a rising junior, enrolled as a full-time student carrying a minimum of 12 college credits
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of website development technologies (MVC, React, Angular, etc.)  
  • Familiarity with AI tools and the ability to create solutions that can assist customers during their shopping
  • Can-do attitude and passion to solve complex problems
  • Ability to understand Microsoft SQL queries and interpret business logic

What's Needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Enjoy working in teams and being highly communicative
  • Able to multitask and be flexible to new initiatives
