Project Analyst-E Procurement

As a Project Analyst - eProcurement, you will be the primary point of contact for e-procurement integration and support. You’ll coordinate with Sales, Technical Engineering, customers, and third-party platforms to ensure smooth digital purchasing and sales workflows. Your work will be critical in delivering outstanding customer experience, strengthening trust, and optimizing operations across Quill’s digital and sales channels.
What you’ll be doing:
Support customer e-procurement integrations using best practices and standardized processes.
Coordinate between internal teams and external partners to manage timelines, requirements, and successful onboarding.
Diagnose and resolve integration or order flow issues, proactively identifying and addressing recurring challenges.
Serve as the frontline resource for troubleshooting, escalation, and ongoing operational support.
Facilitate clear communication and documentation throughout the integration lifecycle to support customer adoption and satisfaction.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
2+ years of experience in project management, operations, data analysis, systems integration, e-procurement or related experience.
Experience with the MS Suite, Salesforce, JIRA, Monday.com or similar CRM/project management tools.
Strong communication, documentation, and stakeholder management skills.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or a related field
Experience with e-procurement platforms like Ariba, Coupa, Jaggaer, SAP, Oracle, or similar.
Experience supporting senior project managers or complex integration programs.
Familiarity with EDI, API, or procurement platform architecture
Experience with integration KPIs, onboarding cycle time tracking, error diagnostics, or operational reporting.
Exposure to marketplace integrations or supplier networks
Any experience with SQL or dashboard/reporting tools

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
