  • Leverage specialized offers and Quill’s value proposition to help customers place orders and meet monthly quotas and key metrics.
  • Maintain consistent communication with account managers to share customer trends and pricing solution opportunities.
  • Partner with sales specialists and support teams to identify opportunities beyond traditional office supplies, including furniture, technology, high-value quotes, print, and promotional products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date activity, pipeline, and customer records in CRM.
  • Apply coaching and feedback from managers and peers to continuously improve sales approach and performance.

  • A problem-solving mindset with the ability to connect customer needs to relevant products, programs, or solutions.
  • Comfort making outbound calls, engaging customers, and continuing forward after rejection or setbacks.
  • Strong organization, time management, and follow-through when balancing customer conversations, priorities, and activity goals.
  • Adaptability and willingness to learn quickly as customer needs, business priorities, or sales approaches change.
  • A customer-first approach focused on creating a positive, helpful, and professional experience in every interaction.
  • Collaborative mindset with a willingness to share ideas, apply feedback, and learn from managers, peers, and business partners.
  • Composure and critical thinking when prioritizing next steps, solving customer challenges, and supporting sales goals.
