The Assistant Partnership Manager will collaborate with the Buying Group manager and other relevant internal & external stakeholders to support association contracts and develop partnerships with contract agencies. The main objective is to build the awareness of Quill business solutions with the public sector coop and commercial association members in order to grow sales, increase association buy rates, and increase the number of unique buyers per agreement. In addition, the associate will help implement and support various initiatives across all Quill seller channels.

This position requires at least 4 days per week onsite at our Lincolnshire, IL location

What you’ll be doing:

  • Queue and create monthly coop marketing collateral and communicating with the external buying group partners accordingly.
  • Manage vendor portals by auditing and updating content consistently.
  • Partner with marketing channels to take full advantage of portal opportunities to spread awareness to non-purchasing members of Quill offerings.
  • Primary point of contact for contract support - new member onboarding, fielding quote requests, liaison to all internal supporting teams.
  • Train and facilitate to sales teams (new associates or existing) for buying group refreshers, changes, and new buying group awareness.
  • Support conference setup when warranted - queue collateral, obtaining booth giveaways or door prizes, collecting attendance business cards to bump internally, etc.
  • Consistent Quill landing page audits for all buying groups to ensure most current information is communicated.
  • Work with a pricing team for annual teacher request form updates and other sales collateral with displayed pricing.
  • Assist and help support Quill acquisition sales channels with launching and driving success of large buying group sales initiatives.
  • Attend and support conferences as needed

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma / GED
  • 3+ years of Sales Experience

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Basic Marketing experience
  • Strong sales process and methodology
