The Senior Manager, Supply Chain Planning, Project Management & Procurement is a leadership role responsible for driving complex, cross-functional initiatives that connect supply chain operations, systems integration, field execution, procurement, and strategic business priorities. This leader partners across Corporate, Field Operations, Sales, Procurement, and external vendors to deliver programs that improve operational readiness, scalability, and execution consistency.
This opportunity is ideal for a strategic operator who can move seamlessly between high-level planning and hands-on execution. You will lead project governance, coordinate enterprise initiatives, support systems and process integrations, and translate business needs into practical operating models, tools, and implementation plans.
What you will be doing:
Lead end-to-end planning and execution of complex supply chain projects, systems integrations, and operational readiness initiatives.
Partner across Supply Chain, Field Operations, Procurement, Sales, Finance, Technology, and external vendors to align scope, timelines, dependencies, and business outcomes.
Drive project governance, milestone tracking, risk management, and executive-level status communication across multiple concurrent workstreams.
Translate business requirements into scalable processes, implementation plans, and supporting tools that improve execution and visibility.
Support infrastructure, operational, and field-facing initiatives that may include network changes, equipment deployment, delivery operations, or process standardization.
Lead cross-functional planning forums and working sessions to surface dependencies, resolve issues, and maintain alignment on priorities and next steps.
Oversee vendor and procurement-related activities tied to supply chain initiatives, including contract coordination, implementation readiness, and ongoing support.
Use dashboards, reporting, and data analysis to measure progress, identify performance gaps, and support decision-making.
Provide leadership to project managers and coordinators, helping build structure, accountability, and strong execution discipline across the team.
Support peak, seasonal, and business-critical planning cycles by coordinating contingency plans, communications, and operational follow-through.
What You Bring to the Table:
A strong blend of strategic thinking and hands-on execution, with the ability to move initiatives from concept through implementation.
Experience leading complex projects in supply chain, operations, systems integration, infrastructure, or related environments.
Confidence working in a matrixed organization and influencing stakeholders without direct authority.
Strong business acumen, operational judgment, and a practical approach to solving problems in fast-moving environments.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for field teams, business partners, and senior leadership.
A data-driven mindset and comfort using dashboards, project tracking tools, and reporting to manage performance and risk.
A collaborative leadership style with a focus on accountability, follow-through, and continuous improvement.
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain, operations, project management, systems implementation, or infrastructure-related roles.
Proven success leading cross-functional initiatives and driving results in a matrixed business environment.
Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience preparing updates and recommendations for senior leadership.
Proficiency with project management tools, operational dashboards, and enterprise systems used to manage execution, reporting, and visibility.
Experience supporting technical, engineering, construction, or infrastructure-related projects.
Demonstrated leadership capability, including coaching, team development, and building strong working relationships across functions.
Ability to influence decisions, navigate ambiguity, and create structure in dynamic, high-visibility environments.
Experience presenting recommendations, business cases, and operational updates to executive and senior management audiences.
Experience with financial analysis, budget oversight, and business case development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Advanced degree such as an MBA, or relevant certifications such as PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, CPIM, or CSCP.
Experience supporting large-scale distribution, fulfillment, delivery, or field operations environments.
Familiarity with procurement operations, vendor management, seasonal or peak planning, and enterprise readiness processes.
Experience with performance frameworks, supply chain metrics, or operational benchmarking tools such as WERC or similar programs.
We Offer:
