The Sr Analyst Import Replenishment supports the Senior Manager of Import Replenishment in overseeing production and inventory control tactics, managing vendor relationships with over 310 global suppliers, and collaborating with 24 global business units. This role requires advanced analytical skills and problem-solving abilities to maintain supply chain productivity, confirm and track purchase orders, and resolve discrepancies with warehouses and the EDC. The analyst partners closely with the Demand Planning team to make allocation decisions during inventory constraints and plays a key role in fostering excellent communication and follow-up across global business units.
What you’ll be doing:
- Develop and implement strategies for efficient import replenishment.
- Analyze market trends and supply chain dynamics to predict replenishment needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery of imported goods.
- Manage inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts.
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and company policies.
- Utilize software tools for tracking and reporting on replenishment activities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize import processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior team members; may lead project teams or initiatives.
- Analyze global inventory levels and make strategic decisions to improve forecasting and inventory efficiency.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- 2-4 years of relevant experience in supply chain, import replenishment, or related fields.
- Advanced Excel capabilities and familiarity with analytical tools and ERP systems.
What’s needed - Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
- Experience with advanced analytical tools and ERP systems.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
