As a Senior Analyst, Financial II, you’ll play a key role in shaping financial strategy by translating complex data into actionable insights. The role partners closely with Sales Operations, and cross-functional teams, to analyze pipeline activity, track performance trends, and forecast revenue and margin outcomes.This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys collaboration, problem-solving, and influencing business outcomes at scale.
What you’ll be doing:
- Deliver accurate and timely weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting on sales, revenue, margin, and key metrics
- Support annual budgeting and recurring forecast cycles across verticals, categories and sales coverage models
- Build and maintain scalable financial models
- Partner with Sales Operations on pipeline and performance analysis including opportunity flow, win/ramp tracking, and conversion forecasts
- Prepare executive-level presentations
- Identify risks and opportunities through data analysis
- Design, automate, and enhance financial reporting tools using advanced Excel functions, Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, and Snowflake
- Improve forecasting and reporting processes
- Mentor junior analysts

What’s needed – Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent work experience)
- Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in financial analysis, forecasting, or budgeting roles.
- Advanced Excel (e.g. pivot tables, macros, complex formulas) and financial modeling skills
- Executive-level reporting experience
What’s needed – Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree or MBA
- 6+ years financial analysis experience, preferably in a sales- or revenue-focused environment.
- Experience with data visualization and analytics tools.
- Experience analyzing sales pipeline data, win/ramp tracking, and conversion forecasting.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity. In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
