The Senior Data Analyst, Sales Operations is responsible for supporting lead generation strategy and execution through advanced analytics, reporting, data management, and process improvement. This role leverages large datasets from internal and external sources to provide actionable insights, monitor business performance, improve lead quality, and drive data-informed decision making. The position also serves as a key contributor to AI and automation projects while ensuring data integrity and operational excellence across sales operations processes.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Analyze large and complex datasets using SQL, Snowflake, Excel, and business intelligence tools to identify trends, opportunities, and business insights.
  • Develop, maintain, and enhance dashboards and reporting that measure lead generation performance, match rates, deployment volume, pipeline contribution, and other key metrics.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses to identify root causes, uncover opportunities, and support strategic business decisions.
  • Leverage data from internal systems and third-party providers to evaluate lead quality and improve targeting effectiveness.
  • Lead data-focused projects, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders to drive operational improvements and business outcomes.
  • Monitor and maintain data quality through validation processes, audits, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Translate analytical findings into actionable recommendations that influence sales strategy and pipeline growth.
  • Support lead deployment processes, including audience selection, matching, enrichment validation, and Salesforce data management activities.
  • Develop and oversee quality programs for offshore support teams, including training, documentation, performance monitoring, and process optimization.
  • Partner on AI and automation initiatives to improve scalability, efficiency, and productivity across sales operations.

What’s Needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • 4+ years of experience in data analytics, business analytics, sales operations, or a related discipline.
  • Strong SQL skills, including experience querying and analyzing large datasets.
  • Experience working with cloud data warehouse platforms, including Snowflake.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience with business intelligence and data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar platforms.
  • Experience developing dashboards, reports, and KPI measurement frameworks.
  • Strong project management and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience working with data quality methodologies and validation processes.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

What’s Needed - Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field. 
  • Experience supporting Sales Operations, Lead Generation, Revenue Operations, or B2B Marketing organizations.
  • Experience working with Salesforce and CRM-related data management processes.
  • Experience utilizing third-party business intelligence and prospecting data sources.
  • Exposure to AI, automation, machine learning, or workflow automation solutions.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis, predictive modeling, or advanced analytics techniques.
  • Experience supporting offshore teams or leading quality assurance programs.
  • Experience working within large, matrixed organizations.

The salary rangerepresentsthe expected compensation for this role at the time of posting. The specificbasepay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, geography, business considerations, and internal equity.In addition to base pay, this role may be eligible for bonuses, or other forms of variable compensation.
