Our Marketing team plays a critical role in sharing the Staples story by creating meaningful customer experiences that drive engagement, growth, and loyalty. We bring together data, creativity, and execution excellence to deliver impactful, lifecycle-based marketing campaigns across multiple channels.
What you will be doing:
- Support the planning and execution of customer marketing campaigns across key customer lifecycle stages
- Partner closely with the Customer Marketing Manager and cross-functional teams to deliver coordinated campaigns
- Manage timelines, workflows, dependencies, and deliverables across data, creative, and operational teams
- Execute campaigns across multiple customer touchpoints, including email, direct mail, SMS, seller materials, and onsite placements
- Draft clear and actionable creative briefs; gather feedback, proof materials, and provide final approvals prior to deployment
- Proactively identify and escalate risks that could impact timelines, quality, or budget
- Maintain campaign schedules, execution processes, and documentation
- Leverage program metrics, customer-level data, and insights to measure performance and continuously improve campaign effectiveness
- Communicate campaign plans, progress, and outcomes clearly to internal stakeholders and partners

- Strong project management and organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to collaborate effectively across diverse teams and functions
- Comfort working independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Project Management, or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in customer marketing, campaign management, project management, or related marketing operations roles
- Experience coordinating creative development from brief through execution
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Preferred Qualifications:
- Background in customer lifecycle marketing
- Experience supporting test-and-learn marketing environments and data-driven decision making
