The Program Manager, Paid Search is a strategic and results-oriented marketer responsible for leading the planning, execution, and optimization of paid search campaigns across major search platforms. As a key member of the Growth Marketing team, you will own Paid Search campaign performance, budget allocation, and optimization strategies while partnering closely with Marketing, Merchandising, Analytics, and Pricing teams. This role is ideal for a data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about using search marketing to drive growth, improve customer acquisition, and maximize return on investment.

What you'll be doing:
  • Own end-to-end execution of paid search programs across Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, including campaign structure, targeting, bidding, and optimization.
  • Develop scalable campaign strategies aligned with business objectives, product priorities, and growth goals.
  • Manage budget pacing and spend allocation to maximize performance and achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, identifying opportunities to improve ROAS, CPA, CTR, conversion rates, and overall business impact.
  • Conduct keyword research, expansion, and refinement strategies to capture incremental demand and improve campaign efficiency.
  • Design and execute A/B tests across ad copy, landing pages, bidding strategies, and audiences to drive continuous improvement.
  • Partner with Marketing, Merchandising, Pricing, and Analytics teams to support promotions, seasonal initiatives, product priorities, and customer acquisition strategies.
  • Develop recurring reports and dashboards that translate performance data into actionable insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
  • Evaluate emerging platform capabilities, automation opportunities, and industry trends to identify new ways to improve performance and drive growth.

  • Curiosity and enthusiasm for testing, innovation, emerging technologies, and continuous learning.
  • Adaptability and ability to make data-driven decisions in a rapidly changing, performance-driven environment.
What's needed - Basic Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience independently managing paid search campaigns across Google Ads and Microsoft/Bing Ads.
  • Strong knowledge of campaign structure, keyword strategy, bid management, targeting, and search performance analysis.
  • Demonstrated success improving ROAS, CPA, conversion rates, and other performance metrics through data-driven optimization.
  • Experience conducting, analyzing, and applying A/B testing results to improve campaign performance.
  • Experience with product feeds and shopping/search-based advertising programs.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and data visualization.
  • Experience using marketing analytics and reporting platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools.
What's needed - Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience managing Paid Search programs within an eCommerce or retail environment.
  • Experience with feed management platforms such as DataFeedWatch or Feedonomics.
  • Experience with bid management and automation platforms such as SA360 or Skai.
  • Knowledge of attribution modeling and incrementality testing methodologies.
  • Experience building dashboards in Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
  • Google Ads and/or Microsoft Advertising certifications.
  • Experience partnering with Merchandising and Pricing teams in promotional or seasonal business environments.

The salary range represents the expected compensation for this role at the time of posting.  The specific base pay may be influenced by a variety of factors to include the candidate's experience, skill set, education, business considerations, geography, and internal equity.
