What you will be doing:

The Operational Analyst supports the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of operational processes by maintaining reporting tools, analyzing performance data, and providing actionable insights. This role plays a critical part in day-to-day operational execution, supporting strategic initiatives through data-driven analysis, standardized reporting, and clear communication with cross-functional partners.

What You Bring to the Table:

  • Maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot dashboards and reporting tools.
  • Conduct variance and root-cause analysis to identify trends and performance drivers.
  • Prepare recurring and ad-hoc reports summarizing key operational metrics.
  • Support operational initiatives by gathering data and assisting with project execution.
  • Ensure reporting accuracy through data quality checks.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience with operational reporting or business analytics.
  • Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to analyze datasets and produce insights.
  • Knowledge of forecasting or planning analytics.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in cross-functional projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 3–5 years experience supporting operations or analytics.
  • Experience with dashboards (Power BI, Tableau).
  • 1+ years SQL or data extraction tools.
  • Experience automating reporting processes.
  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma.
