Lead Replenish Systems Analyst

Work Model: Hybrid, Framingham, MA

What you’ll be doing:

  • Support Planners and Inventory Analysts to meet company goals for inventory, turn, fill rate & obsolescence.
  • Review system settings at Company, Vendor & item level at required frequencies to ensure optimal performance.
  • Provide training for all new associates and refresher training to existing associates on all Replenishment applications.
  • Application of Prescriptive Analytics and Automation to System levers and Responsibilities which provide continuous Year over Year step incremental improvements to Key budget metrics.
  • Develops new and creative ideas aimed at optimizing inventory to increase inventory turns and achieve high service levels.
  • Develop and produce reporting on Replenishment systems data to support Inventory team from projections, forecast accuracy, forecast bias, Inventory overrides, Inventory caps etc.
  • Monitor inventory and fill rate changes on all pilots within replenishment systems to understand performance and provide guidance on next steps.
  • Manage activations, inactivation’s, deployment, and demand templates from merchants & sales.

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong analytical skills and strategic problem-solving skills
  • Experience in an automated replenishment environment and strong computer skills
  • Detailed knowledge of the Replenishment, Forecasting and Allocation Systems and Process for a variety of Systems and Solutions
  • Experience working with data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy, or QlikView
  • Ability to communicate complex quantitative analysis in a clear, precise, and actionable manner with both technical and nontechnical customers
  • Experience building solutions on public cloud as well as on-premise platforms (e.g.: Azure, SQL Server, Snowflake)
  • Proven track record of System maintenance and support.
  • Familiarity with industry-standards in replenishment tools and methodologies.

What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor Degree or 7+ years of experience with Inventory Replenishment, Project Management and Replenishment Systems.
  • 7+ years of experience with Inventory Replenishment, Project Management and Replenishment Systems.
  • SQL Programming
  • Strong analytical skills and strategic problem -solving skills
  • Experience in an automated replenishment environment 
  • Proficient in Computer skills
  • Detailed knowledge of the replenishment, forecasting and allocation systems and process for a variety of Systems and Solutions
  • Proficient using data visualization and BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy or QlikView

What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:

  • Advanced degree or certification in Supply Chain, Analytics or related field.
  • Experience in working with cross-functional teams.
  • Python & R programming 
  • Master Degree
