What You’ll Be Doing:

• Lead the Quill Planning Team to drive forecast accuracy, inventory optimization, and process improvements.
• Develop and execute demand planning strategies to support cross-category operations, ensuring seamless SKU selection, deployment, and forecasting.
• Collaborate with Merchants, Analytics, and Inventory teams to implement best practices and maintain planning alignment.
• Manage forecasting processes, clarify ambiguity, and develop solutions to adapt to market changes.
• Oversee FC Deployment strategy for all Quill SKUs, ensuring proper replenishment and inventory balance.
• Analyze demand trends, identify risks/opportunities, and implement data-driven decision-making.
• Lead a team of 2-3 planners, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.
• Support ad hoc projects and analytical initiatives to drive operational efficiency.

What You Bring to the Table:

• Proven ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make strategic business recommendations.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Merchants, Analysts, and Supply Chain teams.
• Knowledge of demand planning, inventory management, and supply chain best practices.

What’s Needed – Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of managerial experience in forecasting, demand planning, or inventory management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Access).
• Experience with JDA, MMS, WMS, or similar inventory planning systems.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.

What’s Needed – Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in supply chain optimization, process improvement, or Lean Six Sigma methodologies.
• Knowledge of retail or B2B inventory planning processes.
