What You’ll Be Doing
- Develop and maintain scalable, high-quality analytics solutions, reports, and visually compelling dashboards that meet business requirements.
- Leverage SQL, Alteryx, ETL processes, and data visualization platforms (Tableau, Power BI) to manage, analyze, and transform data into actionable insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional partners (Finance, Sales, Revenue Management, and Merchandising) to identify data needs and deliver analytics solutions that support business strategies and operational goals.
- Conduct deep-dive analysis on business trends, performance, and customer behaviors to inform decision-making.
- Build and maintain predictive models to support forecasting, strategies, and business optimization.
- Continuously improve and automate data pipelines, workflows, and reporting capabilities to enhance analytics infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data-related issues, providing technical solutions to ensure data accessibility and usability.
- Continuously seek opportunities to innovate, improving our reporting and analytics capabilities.
- Perform ad-hoc analyses as required to support business needs.
What You Bring to the Table
- Analytical Curiosity: Relentless drive to dig into data anomalies and uncover root causes.
- Business Acumen: Ability to connect data insights to broader business outcomes, clearly explaining the “what” and the “so what” to stakeholders.
- Insight & Communication: Skilled at moving beyond descriptive reporting by analyzing data, identifying drivers, and recommending actions. Experienced in building clear, executive-ready presentations that translate findings into compelling narratives for leadership decision-making.
- Collaboration: Experience working across functions in Agile, matrixed environments and contributing to shared outcomes.
- Adaptability: Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities.
- Mentorship Mindset: Passion for sharing knowledge and strengthening team capabilities.
What’s Needed – Basic Qualifications
- 5+ years of relevant analytics experience, ideally within Revenue Management, Pricing Analytics, or related fields.
- Hands-on experience with Alteryx or similar tools for data wrangling, automation, and workflow design.
- Proficiency with SQL and business intelligence platforms such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with Python or similar scripting languages for advanced analytics is a plus.
What’s Needed – Preferred Qualifications
- Advanced Alteryx Designer Certification.
- Experience with modern cloud data warehouses, with Snowflake experience strongly preferred.
- Strong ability to balance technical rigor with business context, ensuring analytics solutions create measurable financial and operational impact.
- Demonstrated ability to stay current with BI tools and emerging trends like AI-driven analytics and machine learning.
