- Drive end‑to‑end product lifecycle management—from concept to development, launch, optimization, and iteration.
- Foster continuous improvement by encouraging experimentation and new approaches to solve customer problems.
- Partner with external vendors and internal stakeholders to enhance product capabilities and stay ahead of digital trends.
- Lead change by advocating for user‑centered design and agile product development practices.
What You Bring To The Table:
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with a passion for data‑driven decision making.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, effective with both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Agile, adaptable, and proactive in addressing challenges and seizing opportunities.
- Ability to exercise judgment and prioritization based on customer needs and business objectives.
- Experience working cross‑functionally in fast‑paced digital environments.
- Leadership and mentorship abilities, including supporting the growth of junior team members.
- Ability to build relationships with external partners and internal stakeholders.
- Understanding of how digital products impact customer engagement, conversion, and retention.
What’s Needed – Basic Qualifications:
- 5+ years of related experience in product management, specifically within eCommerce or digital product environments.
- Manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of digital products, from conception through launch and iteration.
- Solid analytical and quantitative skills, with a strong bias toward data‑based decision‑making.
- Comprehensive understanding and practical application of Agile methodologies, tools, and systems.
What’s Needed – Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or a related field (preferred).
- Master’s degree in a related field.
- Certifications such as CSM, SAFe Agilist, PMI‑ACP, or AIPMM Product Management credentials.
- Experience in B2B, supply chain, or office‑products industry verticals.
We Offer:
