What you will be doing:

Join the team that helps ensure every associate is paid accurately and on time. As Supervisor, Payroll Production SSC, you will lead payroll professionals, strengthen payroll and timekeeping operations, and serve as a trusted escalation point for complex issues. This role offers the opportunity to combine people leadership, operational expertise, compliance, and continuous improvement in a high-impact HR Operations environment.

  • Lead, coach, and support payroll professionals overseeing payroll processing, timekeeping, training, performance, and team coordination.
  • Manage time and attendance operations, including data collection, historical edits, reporting, training, and service ticket resolution.
  • Ensure payroll service levels are met by resolving ServiceNow tickets, escalations, associate inquiries, and time-sensitive issues accurately and promptly.
  • Execute off-cycle payroll, on-cycle edits, close activities, bulk payments, Positive Pay, ACH transmissions, and check-print files.
  • Manage manual checks, reversals, stop payments, reissues, paycheck distribution, direct deposit activity, and specialized payments.
  • Audit and balance payroll and timekeeping inputs, review quality-control results, maintain records, and support SOX, internal, and external audits.
  • Track payroll overpayments, support third-party collections, reconcile Netpay and Money Network accounts, and partner with Accounting as needed.
  • Monitor payroll law changes, update procedures, train teams on new requirements, and identify process improvements across payroll services.

What’s needed: Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance or equivalent work experience 

  • 5+ years of payroll and/or time and attendance work experience.

  • Previous hands-on experience using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM and/or UKG Pro/Kronos for payroll or timekeeping activities.

  • Experience using Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word in a business environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Payroll or Human Resources experience.

  • Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) certification.

  • Experience using ServiceNow to manage payroll or HR service requests.

  • Experience supervising, coaching, or training payroll support professionals.
