As a Senior Inside Account Executive – Facilities Solutions (BSC), you will be responsible for driving and retaining sales across a select portfolio of high-potential. You’ll work closely with our customers’ key decision-makers to deliver tailored solutions, secure contractual commitments, and ensure program compliance. This is a unique opportunity to make a measurable impact on our facilities sales while building meaningful partnerships and advancing your career with a national leader.
What you’ll be doing:
- Grow and retain sales and profitability for assigned high-touch accounts by building strong relationships with Economic, Technical, and User Buying Influences (EBIs, TBIs, UBIs).
- Drive sales across all facilities categories and customer sites through consultative selling, strategic account mapping, and program compliance.
- Implement and ramp wins by ensuring compliance with new and existing customer programs.
- Coordinate with Account Managers and Customer Service teams to manage customer maintenance requests and renew dispenser and brewer contracts.
- Analyze account bases, identify growth opportunities, and develop strategic plans for account expansion.
- Oversee pricing negotiations, manage the bid and quote process, and make informed discretionary pricing decisions.
- Utilize enablement tools to maintain up-to-date customer data and advance sales opportunities through a healthy pipeline.
What you bring to the table:
- Proven track record in program or account management, with solid experience in facilities and breakroom product sales.
- Ability to interface confidently with senior-level customer contacts and deliver compelling presentations.
- Consultative, solutions, and insight selling expertise, along with advanced client management and negotiation skills.
- Strong business, financial, operations, and technology acumen; ability to analyze industry trends and customer data for tailored solutions.
- Self-motivated and able to function independently with minimal daily supervision.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic software tools.
What’s needed- Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3-5 years of sales or account management experience.
- Experience supporting a portfolio of large accounts with significant revenue potential.
What’s needed- Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with facilities solutions and breakroom product sales is strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to work with cross-functional teams toward common goals.
- Strong presentation and negotiation skills in a B2B environment.
- Ability to set targets, design growth plans, and work closely with product category sales team members.
